1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all contracts between Global Insight Group LLC (hereinafter “Provider”) and its customers regarding the purchase and use of digital content, including but not limited to reports, analyses, documents, and related informational products provided via this website.

2. Subject Matter

(1) The subject of the contract is the provision of digital content in the form of reports, analyses, decision frameworks, and comparable informational products.

(2) The content is descriptive, analytical, and—particularly in higher-value products—partly prognostic in nature. Any forward-looking statements are based on assumptions, scenarios, and publicly available information. They do not constitute guarantees, promises, or assurances of future outcomes.

(3) The content is provided solely for general information, analysis, and educational purposes.

(4) The content does not constitute:

  • legal advice
  • tax advice
  • investment advice
  • financial advisory services
  • political or security-related advice
  • or any form of individualized professional consultation

(5) No guarantee is given regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content.

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) A contract is concluded once the order process has been completed and access to the digital content has been granted.

4. Prices and Payment

(1) All prices displayed are final prices.

(2) Payment is processed via the payment methods provided during the checkout process.

(3) Access to digital content is granted only after successful payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

(1) Digital content is provided electronically (e.g., download, email, or online access).

(2) The Provider does not guarantee any specific technical format or delivery method, provided the contractual purpose is fulfilled.

6. Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers may be entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

(2) This right expires once performance of the contract has begun and the customer has expressly agreed that access to the digital content starts before the withdrawal period ends and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

(3) No right of withdrawal applies to business customers (B2B).

7. Usage Rights

(1) All content provided is protected by copyright.

(2) Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

(3) Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use beyond the agreed purpose is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

(1) The Provider shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

(3) The Provider shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the provided content.

(4) Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded.

9. Availability

The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the content but does not guarantee continuous or error-free access.

10. Changes to Content

The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content, provided this does not significantly impair the contractual purpose.

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence

(1) Artificial intelligence (AI) may be used as a supporting tool in the creation, structuring, analysis, and editing of content.

(2) AI is used solely as an auxiliary tool. Final responsibility for content selection, evaluation, and editorial decisions remains with the Provider.

(3) The Provider assumes no liability for inaccuracies or errors resulting from the use of AI-supported processes.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence of the customer remain unaffected.

13. Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of Global Insight Group LLC.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
